Hi!

Thanks for checking out Second Spring Chronicle.

It’s part diary entry, part newsletter, all community.

It’s written by me, Kit Yoon.

I’ve spent a lot of my adult life thus far practicing holistic health through natural medicine (traditional Chinese medicine, reflexology, nutrition) and mind-body modalities (therapeutic hypnosis, causal coaching, intuitive eating counseling) to help people feel better, grounded, at home in themselves.

You can think of me as a facilitator who helps getting you physically and emotionally unstuck.

It’s been a privilege and a pleasure!

I’m also an ordinary midlife woman navigating an interesting chapter of transition of so many changes. Some of them include:

  • Attempting to embrace empty nesting and trusting that I’ve done enough to raise wholesome humans who can fly on their own two wings.

  • Embracing biological shifts and visible aging of the body.

  • Deciding intentionally how, where, and with whom to spend my time.

  • Questioning my roles in life, as a mom, a wife, a daughter, a friend, a practitioner, a facilitator. Who am I? Who do I want to be?

Most of all, I am wanting to inspire and be inspired. I want to empower and feel empowered. I want to bloom wherever I am planted, and help others do the same.

That’s what I hope to do here!

So, imagine pulling up a chair, or better yet, sitting on the floor with a mug of hot tea. We’re chatting, sharing stories, listening to each other’s point of view.

That’s what this Second Spring space is for: a virtual place to feel at ease, be nurtured & nourished by one another. 🌸

Check out Second Spring podcast for stories and inspiration from other midlife women, and my website to learn more about my current offerings.

You can also follow me on Instagram and Facebook for daily updates.

I am so glad you are here!

xoxo

Kit
